01Do I need to install an app?
No. RenewChime runs in your browser, and reminders arrive on WhatsApp. Use the dashboard on its own, or handle everything by chat once your number is linked.
02How do the WhatsApp reminders work?
You verify your number and opt in from Settings. Reminders follow the schedule you choose — seven, three and one day before, plus the renewal day — and respect your quiet hours. Business-initiated messages use Meta-approved templates.
03Can I stop messages?
Reply STOP at any time and reminders stop immediately. Reply START when you want them back. Reminders only ever go to a number that has opted in.
04Which currencies are supported?
PKR, USD, GBP, EUR and AED. Every total is normalized into your default currency using the latest exchange rates. If live rates are unavailable, the app uses the last known rate or a clearly labelled fallback — never a silent guess.
05Is the savings figure AI?
No. Potential savings come from a fixed rule: unused plans at their monthly cost, plus the cheaper duplicate when two active plans share a category. The dashboard explains the rule; nothing is inferred by AI.
06What is included in the free plan?
Starter includes up to 10 active subscriptions, WhatsApp renewal reminders and basic analytics. Pro adds unlimited subscriptions, advanced analytics, custom reminder rules and priority support.
07Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. Settings includes a JSON export of your profile, subscriptions, payments, reminders and WhatsApp history, plus a permanent account deletion option.

What is subscription management software?

RenewChime adds renewal reminders on WhatsApp, multi-currency totals and a monthly view of where the money goes.
